Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! Our mission is to provide you with an excellent shopping experience. In the event that you may need to exchange or return an item please see our requirements below.

1 - We accept returns of most unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags intact merchandise within 14 days of when you received the item for exchange, an online credit, or in-store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale merchandise
- Accessories such as but not limited to handbags and wallets, socks, jewelry, personal body products, scarves, gloves and hats.

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

2 - To return your purchase:

Please email us at littlechangeroom@gmail.com to let us know about your return.

Bring your purchase to Canada Post, or preferred shipper. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are requesting an exchange you will be charged the return shipping cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. An online store credit will be issued to you. This credit may be redeemed towards a future purchase on our online store or at The Little Change Room, located at 56 Talbot Street West in Blenheim, Ontario, Canada. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS BY CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.
